Spaghetti

brand: (recommendation: La Molisana)

  1. boil water
  2. add spaghetti and salt into boiling water
  3. pour some oil
  4. cook it for 8 mins (estimated time on package minus 1~2 mins, about 8~10 mins before fully cooked)
  5. take spaghetti out, and pour some oil (to prevent it form sticking to each other)
  6. get some water out of pot with a bowl for later use)

Process

Cook noodle first, don’t add too much salt, because cheese and guanciale is satly

  1. Turn on low heat
  2. Add onions, stir it until onions turn its colour into transparent
  3. Add garlic and basil and mushroom (optional)
  4. Stir
  5. (optional) Add beef mince and stir it until it is fully cooked
  6. Add tomato sauce, some water, salt (a bit) and black pepper (more), and leave it until it is boiling
  7. Add spaghetti
  8. Add a lot of water
  9. Put them on the plate
  10. Add basil
  11. Add parmesan

Process

Cook noodle first, don’t add too much salt, because cheese and guanciale is satly

  1. Pour the oil
  2. Add guanciale to the pan
  3. Add black pepper until guanciale gets darker
  4. Turn the heat off
  5. Add pasta into the pan and add some water (use the water to stop the frying, should be quite after adding water)
  6. Add egg into pan and stir it
  7. Put pasta on the plate
  8. Sprinkle some black pepper
  9. Add parmesan

奶油培根白醬義麵

  1. 配料(洋蔥, 蒜, 洋菇, 培根, 起司, cream, butter)
  2. 煮水+鹽, 滾了下 pasta (optional: 加青菜)
  3. sauce pan 一點油, 中火煎培根到微金黃
  4. 放洋蔥,煎到半透明
  5. 放洋菇,煎一下 (optional: 加雞胸肉)
  6. 鮮奶油+butter+黑胡椒, 小火煮滾燉一下
  7. 義麵撈起放進去 (義麵時間-1min)
  8. 撒點起司進去增加稠度
  9. 再煮一下就可以撈起來了, 上面撒起司
