Regular fried rice

Preparation

Process

  1. (turn on low heat) Pour oil into pan. Let oil heat for a while
  2. Pour the egg (liquid) into pan. Scramble it and cut it into pieces util it gets medium well
  3. (optional) Add minced garlics and minced onions
  4. (turn on hight heat) Put rice into pan.
    • tip: Stir-fry and separate the rice chunks with spatula
    • tip: Pour a bit oil if it too dry
  5. Put vegetable into pan (tip: vegetable will produce water, so don’t put it into pan too early)
  6. Seasoning (tip: let the pan leave the stove when seasoning)
    • Drizzle the soy sauce (tip: make it smell better by drizzle it on the side of pan to make it burn)
    • Sprinkle salt and black pepper
    • Put spring onions
